Triggered sprinkler head

Stevensville, Michigan. This fire suppression system was triggered when the sprinkler head was mysteriously damaged. The amount of water that sprays out is staggering. It is designed to put out a fire. About a gallon every 3 seconds is what we figured at this loss. And it took more than 2 hours to locate the system shutoff and release the line pressure.
Now you have 6000 square feet of operating commercial space covered in lots of water. The tenant was evacuated and SERVPRO was called in for emergency extraction and dehumidification. Vinyl cove was removed from the drywall and 1" holes drilled to allow air movement for drying. Initial estimates put this loss at $45k before remodel.
When you have the chaos of a pressurized water loss call SERVPRO to help clean it up and dry it out. 269-925-6841
