Fire suppression water shut off.

Commercial buildings that are sprinkled have a lot of supply lines under pressure throughout the building. This pressure is for the sprinklers to do their job when there is fire. These lines are under a lot of pressure. Usually around 145 PSI.
A broken 2" supply line under pressure will leak an enormous amount of water in a matter of minutes. That's right! What will you do when a line or sprinkler head fails/breaks and sprays? Shut off the supply valve at the main supply. The main is usually in a locked mechanical room in the basement. Figure this out before a line breaks. The fire department will shut it off if you can't manage to do it.
Shutting off the water supply is the first thing to do in an emergency water loss event. Then call your plumber for repairs and SERVPRO for cleanup. We are always ready 24/7 to help keep your building operational.
