Flood damage under a commercial floor

It's the water you can't see that can cause the most damage.

A large Benton Harbor, MI commercial facility experienced extensive ground water flooding in a large administrative area.  It was discovered when internet wire moisture alarms started alerting.  Flooring segments were removed to determine the scope of damage.  Approximately 3000 sqft of HVAC conditioned space had contaminated water from a failed lift station outside the front entry.
