It's the water you can't see.

Wind driven rain off Lake Michigan got under the metal roof of this public facility on the shore of Lake Michigan.  Every time the wind and rain hit this roof at just the right speed and angle, wind driven water was forced under roof panels and  into the structure.  This allowed for unseen damage that created a perfect environment for mold to grow.  Eventually the painted drywall failed and we had the structure tested for mold.  Protocol called for removal of affected materials, sanitizing and remodel of the SW walls.  Work was completed during maintenance month.  The customer was very happy with the results.
