Water ruins wood flooring.

This St. Joseph, Michigan flooded kitchen flooring was the result of a broken pipe.  You can see how water that absorbs into wood flooring makes it move and warp. This kind of damage must be removed, dried properly and replaced.  This damage picture was taken just a few days after a pipe broke.
